What are the browser requirements for FMS?

Google Chrome  is the recommended browser for using FMS.

Can I use FMS on my mobile device?

Yes, you can use FMS on your mobile or hand-held devices such as iPhones, iPads and Android devices. Please open FMS using Google Chrome on your mobile devices.

Who do I need to contact to get requisite access to FMS?

If you require to modify for your existing role or a new login role to access FMS, contact FFM Support

How can I view the Fuel Treatment image for migrated records?

For Fuel Treatments migrated from Burns & Works (created before 01/07/19), please click on the Retrieve from eMap button, under Land Attributes, to make sure that the Fuel Treatment image is displayed.

Can my team members work on a Fuel Treatment record I have created?

Yes, multiple users can work on a single Fuel Treatment record based on the role/access they have in FMS. Users are generally assigned one or multiple roles based on the planned burning tasks they perform.

For example, if user A and user B both have Planner role assigned to them, they can both work on the same Fuel Treatment record.
